PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper part fixing hardware of a metallic inner wall frame capable of easily fixing the inner wall frame to be attached on an inner side of a shaft assembly of a building on the shaft assembly without requiring much labor and time. SOLUTION: One side of an opening part of a shaft assembly is fitted and supported so as to nip it between the other end part 18 of a mounting part 5 of a metallic inner wall frame fixing hardware 1 and a mounting plate 12 in one side of the opening part of the shaft assembly. Next, a side face of a rising part 22 of a nipping plate 13 is hit by a fitting such as a hammer, is rotated toward a rear face part 8 until a screw hole 16 of a central part 17 of the mounting part 5 and a screw hole 20 provided in a horizontal part 21 of the nipping plate 13 are overlapped mutually, and is fitted and supported so as to nip the other side of the opening part in the central part 17 and the rising part 22 of the nipping plate 13, and then the mounting part 5 and the nipping plate 13 are fixed by driving screws. Then, an upper part of an inner wall frame is fitted and inserted into a fitting support part 4 of the fixing hardware 1, and screws are driven into a pair of screw holes provided in a folded section 10 of a front part 7 to fix the inner wall frame and the metallic inner wall frame fixing hardware 1.
