PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cooling apparatus which is lightweight and can be easily attached to a user's body, and which can have a long-term cooling effect. SOLUTION: This apparatus has a storage element 2 formed inside a flexible cooling apparatus body 1 consisting of an inner member 6 abutting on a user's body and a covering member 7 provided to overlap with the inner member 6, the covering member 7 being provided with an access hole 3 communicated with the storage element 2. A cooling element 4 is stored in the storage element 2 and the body 1 is provided with a fixing means 5 for freely removably attaching to the user's body.
