SUBSTANCE: weighing and metering device with automatic control includes receiving hopper mounted on strain gauges connected with measuring device and rotation drive unit. Receiving hopper is in the form of housing having cup inside it. Said cup is in the form of cylinder with cut off lateral surface. Two branch pipes are secured to housing. One branch pipe is arranged over window of cup, another - under cup. Cylinder axle through rotation drive unit is joined with output shaft of motor with possibility of axle turning by 180 degrees. Measuring device is in the form of threshold weighing sensor and it is electrically connected with motor.
