PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate skip of tooth by preventing abrupt acceleration of a gear meshing with a swing arm gear through simple structure at a low cost. SOLUTION: An annular groove 62 is made in the outer circumference of the stem 53 of a capping gear 50. A spring 64 is fitted in the groove 62 while abutting, at one end thereof, against a frame 66 and, at the other end thereof, against the bottom face of the groove 62. A stopper 69 projects from the end part of the stem 53 to press the side face of a fixed gear 56 through the spring 64. Consequently, frictional force is generated between the fixed gear 56 and the stopper 69. According to the arrangement, the capping gear 50 is not accelerated abruptly even if the load being applied from a swing lever 72 to a rotating cam secured to a cam shaft 67 is varied abruptly to cause abrupt acceleration of a cam 68. |
