PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject curable resin composition for coating material that occurs no bubble on the coating film on coating, as the composition gives the coating film the sufficient level of hydrophilicity that the staining of the coating film is reduced and is suitable to buildings or the like by formulating a specific alkoxysilyl group-modified polybutadiene to a coating composition. SOLUTION: To a coating composition, are formulated (A) an acrylic copolymer including a hydrolyzable group-linking silyl group and hydroxy group- bearing acrylic copolymer, (B) a (blocked) polyisocyanate and (C) an alkoxysilyl group-modified polybutadiene with an average molecular weight of 1,500-100,000, represented by formula I [R1 is -CkH2k- (k is 1-12); R2 is -CmH2m+1 (m is 1-3); Y is -CnH2n+1 (n is 1-12) or the like; X is H, -OH, -COOH or the like; p, q, and r are each an integer and 0.1<=p/(p+q+r)<=0.7] or by the formula II (Z is H, -OH, -COOH or the like; p, q, r and s are each an integer and 0.1<=p/(p+q+r+s)<=0.7].
