PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in preservation stability, and having excellent stain-proofing properties caused by water- and oir- repellency without reducing adhesion, alkali resistance, organic chemical resistance and the like by including a specific organosilane component and a silyl group-containing fluoropolymer. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) at least one kind selected from a group of an organosilane of the formula: (R1)nSi(OR2)4-n (R1 is a 1-8C monovalent organic group; R2 is a 1-5C alkyl or a 1-6C acyl; n is 0-2), a hydrolyzate of the organosilane, and a condensate of the organosilane, and (B) at least one kind selected from a group of polymers having structural units of formula I [R3 to R5 are each a structural unit of the formula: CmY2m+1 (m is 0-5; Y is F, H or the like)] and/or formula II (Rf is an alkyl or alkoxyalkyl containing F), and containing silyl groups having silicon atoms bound to a hydrolyzable groups and/or hydroxy groups.
