PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance chemical resistance of a membrane module and apply the module to an ozone water making apparatus by containing a porous polyfluorovinylidene hollow fiber membrane made by a dry/wet spinning method, or the like, in a case made by potting it with a fluoroplastic having a boiling point lower than that of the polyfluorovinylidene. SOLUTION: A bundle of porous polyfluorovinylidene hollow fiber membranes made by a dry spinning method or a wet spinning method is subjected to potting with a fluoroplastic having a boiling point lower than that of the polyfluorovinylidene, and is contained in a case made of a fluoroplastic so as to constitute a membrane module. At the time of manufacture, static electricity is generated at both end parts of the bundle of the porous polyfluorovinylidene hollow fiber membranes so as to adhere a powder of the low boiling point fluoroplastic and then heating for melting is performed so as to form a potting part comprising a low melting point fluoroplastic and this is contained in the case made of the fluoroplastic. By this method, chemical resistance, particularly ozone resistance is enhanced.
