PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy-to-use sowing sheet which a sowing sheet allowing direct sowing can easily be prepared from and firmly prevents the growth of weeds. SOLUTION: In a sowing method where crop seeds are arranged/fixed in many pierced spots or their vicinities formed in a seeding pattern having defined intervals in longitudinal and cross directions on a substrate sheet and the substrate sheet is laid on the seeding ground, seeds are fixed at defined intervals on long and slender supports along their longitudinal direction, each support is fixed at defined interval in it is cross direction on the substrate sheet in such a way the supports are placed in parallel to one another in their longitudinal directions to match the seeding pattern of the pierced spots and form a substrate sheet 1 and the substrate sheet 1 is laid in such a away that the seed-fixing surface of the sheet 1 contacts the ground.
