PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable and fast box filling operation with a simple configuration, enable it to be easily adapted for various kinds of sheet sizes and further enable improved durability or reliability in operation as well as a low noise operation to be realized. SOLUTION: There are provided an adsorbing type sheet transferring conveyor; a mobile plate 35 mounted at an upstream side of a filling section P in such a way that it may be moved forward or rearward and formed at the upper surface of the sheet 2 of a filling section P under a state in which a product 5 is mounted thereon in such a way that it can be mounted; and a drug plate 46 mounted at a downstream side of the filling section P in such a way that it may be moved forward or rearward and formed at the lower surface of the sheet 2 of the filling section P. The product 5 is transferred by the mobile plate 35 to the sheet 2 at the filling section P and filled, and the sheet 2 filled with the product 5 is transferred to the downstream side by the drug plate 46.
