PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a partition frame capable of attaching the partition frame favorably even at a position other than a joint part of a frame body of adjacent inner wall frames when the inner wall frame is provided on the indoor side of a framework of a building such as a house and the partition frame is attached to the inner wall frame. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of a partition frame is provided with an inner wall frame 5 having two partition frame mounting muntins 4 provided by connecting the vicinity of central parts of upper and lower horizontal frames 2 in parallel with a vertical frame 1 and an L-shaped connection device which has two faces as one set and whose first faces are fixed at predetermined positions of indoor side faces 7 of two partition frame mounting muntins 4, respectively, and whose second faces of one set are arranged by opposing to each other at the same interval as a thickness of a vertical frame 10 of a partition frame 9 to form a fitting part on an inner side surrounded by a frame body 3, and the vertical frame 10 on one side of the partition frame 9 is fitted and fixed in the fitting part.
