<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a club that can easily give reversed spin to the ball by changing the face material into rubber or synthetic resin with flexibility, causing synergistic effect with a plurality of grooves and increase in friction coefficient. SOLUTION: A club proper consists of wood or metal as before, a plate of several mm thick made of rubber or synthetic resin is fit in its face portion, and several grooves of linear or curved lines are carved so far existing in accordance with the count of club.</p> |
