<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement composition which can be stored for a long period and, after storage, from which a hardened body can be produced without causing any trouble, by blending a specified percentage of a clay-containing fatty acid calcium salt material with cement. SOLUTION: This cement composition is obtained by blending 0.05-8 wt.% of a clay- containing fatty acid calcium salt material with cement, wherein the clay-containing fatty acid calcium salt material is produced preferably by reacting waste clay (filtration cake) used in a treatment process for fat and oil and thereafter separated, at least one neutralizer selected from calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide and hydraulic cement, and a lipase aqueous solution with each other; the kinds of fat and oil contained in the waste clay are not particularly limited, however, the content of fat and oil in the waste clay is desirably 20-45 wt.%; the production of the clay-containing fatty acid calcium salt material, more specifically, comprises mixing 100 pts.wt. of the waste clay with 3-20 pts.wt. of the neutralizing agent, then mixing 10-50 pts.wt. of the lipase aqueous solution with the resulting mixture on the basis of 100 pts.wt. of the waste clay, thereafter, reacting them with each other for 1-48 hr and then aging the reaction product; and the clay-containing fatty acid calcium salt material is preferably pulverized into powder having a <=200μm median particle size, before blending the salt material with cement, to uniformize and facilitate the blending. Thus, a cement hardened body having excellent waterproofness and lesser reduction in strength is produced from the cement composition.</p> |
