PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily execute the feed of a fixed amt. of powder to a die and to prevent the leakage of the powder to the outside of the die by charging the inside of the die with the powder charged to pipes or holes bored in a block body fitted to an ultrasonic vibrating body by vibration. SOLUTION: Molding powder is uniformly charged, e.g. to 12 pieces of pipes 13 in a leveled state by a powder feeding device in a state in which a pipe outlet opening-closing board 14 is closed. Thus, the powder does not remain on a vibrating board 12. Next, when the opening-closing board 14 is made into an open state by a solenoid 15, and a vibrator 11 is applied, longitudinal vibration propagates to the vibrating board 12, and the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted from the vibrating board 12 to the pipes 13. In this way, the powder in the pipes 13 instantaneously flows out from the pipes 13. Concretely, each pipe 13 has about 3 mm inside diameter, about 4 mm outside diameter and about 60 mm length, the resonance frequency of the vibrator 11 is controlled to 20 kHz, and it is executed for the vibration applying time of about 0.1 to 0.3 sec. Since the ultrasonic vibration propagates as elastic waves, the adhesion of the powder to the insides of the pipes does not occur.
