PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to continuously implement the single side plating without requiring any masking. SOLUTION: In a cubic plating device, a work is mounted on an upper surface, a device having an anode 12 and a plating solution tank 14 are connected to a lower part, a side wall of the plating device comprises an inner wall formed of a movable wall, and its upper side is tiltable. In the plating mode, the movable wall is upright. After the plating is completed, the movable wall is tilted and cleaned by a cleaning water shower, and the waste solution is discharged outside from a lower part in a classified manner for treatment, dividing the solution into a high concentration waste plating solution and a low concentration waste plating solution as required.
