PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch a machine to an optimum revolving characteristic even in a mixed rice field of dry rice fields and wet rice fields by performing a switching operation for a revolution deceleration means for decelerating speed in proportion to a manipulated variable of a steering handle and a revolution non-deceleration means for performing a gear shift by only an operation of a traveling gear shift lever via a buffer member. SOLUTION: A gear shift operation output from a main gear shift lever is divided into two. The one gear shift operation output is transmitted as a speed deceleration output according to a handle angle from an output member 120 to a gear shift link 129 via a deceleration output shaft 178 on a gear shift output shaft 119 and the other gear shift operation output is transmitted from an output link 183 to the gear shift link 129 via a directly connected output shaft 179 and either one of the gear shift operation outputs is selected on a gear shift output shaft 119. A deceleration output shaft 178 to be a revolution deceleration means and the directly connected output shaft 179 to be a revolution non-deceleration means performing a gear shift, regardless of a steering handle, are switched by a switching spool 187. In a switching operation system connecting an actuator 196 such as an electric motor 97 to be a switching operation means and the switching spool 187, a buffer member 192 is interposed.
