PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a resin pipe by one run of operating motion, the pipe comprising a wall capable of being spread, outward protruding pieces provided continuously at two divisional ends of the pipe wall, and a projection diverging at the base of one of the outward protruding pieces. SOLUTION: This device includes a stationary side member 5 and a movable side member 6, and between them a gap 7 is reserved to admit insertion of a resin pipe, wherein the longitudinal direction (a) of the gap 7 is perpendicularly intersecting the sliding direction (b) of the movable side member 6. The opening edge of this gap 7 which is open in the part W where the stationary side member 5 and movable side member 6 overlap slidably, is used as a cutting edge 8.
