PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens machining device allowing easy layout of a lens shape measuring means and embodied in a small size. SOLUTION: A lens machining device is equipped with a lens holding unit 12 to rotate a lens 1 upon holding it, a cutter rotating mechanism part 13 and end mill rotating mechanism part 14 to apply a machining to the lens using a cutter 131 and an end mill 141, and a measuring head 16 for measuring the lens, wherein the measuring head 16 is arranged in a retracting position over the mechanism parts 13 and 14 and then put in the measuring position by turning a revolving shaft 152 by an actuator 155 to fall down ahead.
