PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out an as-cast product by supporting a green sand mold already poured with molten metal while reducing the contacting surface, rapidly sucking the inner part of a structural body surrounded as air-tight to reduce the pressure, and making to the negative pressure state to boil moisture in the whole green sand mold containing the moisture in a moisture condensed layer around the as-cast product and surely disintegrate and separate the green sand mold. SOLUTION: The upper and lower green sand mold 17 containing the as-cast product 22 is taken out from an upper and lower molding flask 16 with the taking-out mechanism 9 of a flask removing device 15, and shifted onto a supporting member 31 with a pushing device 21. Successively, the upper and lower green sand mold 17 is descended and laid on the upper end of a bar member 5, and a seal member 9 is abutted on a tray 7 by ascending the bar member 5, etc., to air-tightly surround the upper and lower green sand mold 17 with the tray 7 and a cover 8. When the pressure in the air-tight surrounding means 2 is rapidly suction-reduced by opening a switch valve 10 in a suction means 3, the b.p. of the moisture in the whole upper and lower green sand mold 17 containing the moisture condensed layer around the as-cast product collecting a large quantity of high temp. moisture is lowered to boil the moisture. In this way, the upper and lower green sand mold 17 is easily disintegrated and separated from the as-cast product 22.
