PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help a golfer correct golf swing. SOLUTION: The golf swing training tool 10 consists of a shortened shaft 14, a grip 16 attached to the upper end of the shaft, a head 12 attached to the lower end of the shaft, a first laser module attached to the lower end of the shaft, that guides laser beam upward from the grip concentric with central axis of the shaft, a pair of laser modules 22 and 24 attached to the head, that guide a pair of laser beams with and a fixed separation downward from the head in the direction diametrically facing to the beam emitted from the grip. Two beams emitted from the head of the training tool have been disposed in the plane common to downward extension of the central axis of the shaft. With this arrangement, a line drawn between points where the beams hit the ground visually defines the footprint, namely the angular direction of the imaginary club face.
