PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the feeling of pain in muscles due to the fatigue of abductors of the brachium in manually transporting a portable object by one hand. SOLUTION: A rectangular, H-shaped, or X-shaped boxlike body being lightweight and simple to use and meeting certain configuration requirements and being easy to carry around is set in a gap between a user's trunk and arm in order to minimize pain and to eliminate inconvenience such that the portable object clings to feet during walking, sometimes making it difficult to walk. Further, a shape memory steel plate which can be wound around the arm in a single operation is also integrated with this aid for transporting a portable object, so that the aid attached does not readily drop.
