Novelty is that device is provided with frame; its thrust member is made in the form of vertical-displacement hydraulic cylinder of span; span body is essentially sleeve-shaped support; hydraulic cylinder contacts span through its bottom; piston has spherical section providing for deflection of housing from longitudinal axis of hydraulic cylinder plunger through 3 deg; plunger is mounted on frame for parallel reciprocation by means of hydraulic cylinders horizontally mounted and hinged to frame and to hydraulic cylinder body of span vertical displacement.
