PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm that data are being backed-up by providing a power source monitor means for monitoring the lowering of a power source voltage in a game machine, preserving required data when unexpected power source disconnection such as power source interruption occurs and reporting that data are preserved, which can be confirmed from an outsider. SOLUTION: When the lowering of the power source voltage is detected by a power source monitoring IC 902, interruption is executed in CPU 56 and the contents of each register are stored in a back-up RAM area as a power source disconnection case processing. Besides, a proper initial value is set in the back-up check data area of the RAM area, an exclusive or is successively obtained concerning whole data and a final arithmetic value is set in a back-up parity data area. Moreover, a reporting LED 41 is turned on so that a game player or a clerk are reported that back-up is executed concerning the power source. When the power source is recovered, a state is temporarily returned to be the initial one in accordance with an initial state recovery command from a main substrate and, then, the state when the power source disconnection occurs is restored. |
