PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the handling time and cost necessary for the transportation or treatment of a solution vessel in a work for executing by spraying, injecting or applying the solution such as a liquid resin coating material, a liquid water- proofing agent, a resin filler or the like. SOLUTION: This system is executed by carrying a solution into an executing site B using a transporting container 1 loaded with a housing bag 2 filled with the solution to enable to be taken out and capable of transporting. In such a case, the transporting container 1 is capable of being used repeatedly for the exchange of the housing bag 2, the filling of the solution to a freshly loaded housing bag 2 and the transportation to the executing site B. The housing bag 2 is easily disposable at a low cost compared to a drum can or the like. As a result, the cost of the carry-in of the solution and the disposal cost of the vessel are reduced. |
