PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the close attachability to an extrusion nozzle by providing a body part comprising an intermediate layer and internal and external layers formed of a barrier resin, and sealing a joining part side with the extrusion nozzle of the intermediate layer in the resin of the internal and external layers in an extrusion-molded container with the extrusion nozzle integrated with the body part via the joining part. SOLUTION: A multi-layered body part 2 is integrated with an extrusion nozzle 3 via a joining part 7 to form an extrusion-molded container 1, the extrusion nozzle 3 comprises a cylindrical neck part 4 and a shoulder part 5, and has an outlet 6 on one end of the cylindrical neck part 4. A barrier resin layer 9 is provided as an intermediate layer from the joining part 7 of this body part 2 to a lower end part 8, and an end part 10 on the joining part 7 of this barrier resin layer 9 is sealed in internal and external resins 11, 12 to constitute the body part 2, and the body part 2 is heat-bonded with the extrusion nozzle 3. A close connection structure excellent in airtightness and shock resistance is formed between the body part and the extrusion nozzle 3, and the preservability for the content is improved.
