摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of performance of a filling material, even if both longitudinal direction end parts are split, when both the end parts are foamed in free states without providing partition plates and sectioning members by making a second filling material higher than a first filling material in expansion ratio abutted on both frame longitudinal direction end parts of the first filling material. SOLUTION: A center pillar 2 is provided with an outer panel 12 located at the outside of a car body, an inside inner panel 13 and a reinforcement 14. In space between the outer panel 12 and the reinforcement 14, a first filling material 11 made of epoxy resin is foamed and filled. Average compressive strength of the filling material 11 is determined for 4 MPa or more and maximum bending strength is determined for 10 MPa or more. On both longitudinal end sides of the center pillar 2 of the first filling material 11, second filling materials 36, 36 are filled so as to be abutted on both upper and lower end parts of the first filling material 11. The second filling material 36 is made of foamed urethane resin higher than the first filling material 11 in expansion ratio and rubber based foamed material.
