PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated film having excellent running stability when a high temperature seal bar is slid on a surface treating surface of the treated film, scarce winding collapse due to a change of an environmental temperature when a small-width cover film is wound in a pancake state and scarce separating charging when the cover film is released from a carrier tape. SOLUTION: In the surface treated film comprising a thermoplastic resin film of a base material film and a surface treated layer formed on at least one side surface of the material film, dynamic frictional coefficientsμd of the treated layer and a metal heated to 160 deg.C are 2.0 or less, a ratio (μa/μb) of a static frictional coefficientμa at 20 deg.C of the treated layer to a static frictional coefficientμb at -10 deg.C of the treated layer is less than 1, and a logarithm(Log) of a surface specific resistance value of the treated layer is 13 or less.
