MULTIPLE-JET INJECTOR-TYPE TORCH

摘要

injector-type torches; technological heaters for objects presenting fire and explosion hazard in petrochemical industry; natural gas preheaters at gas distributing stations mounted in areas with temperate and cold climates. SUBSTANCE: multiple-jet injector-type torch includes outer, intermediate and inner exhaust pipes mounted coaxially. Innovation of invention consists in form of outer and intermediate pipes which are made as truncated cones whose vertices are directed towards furnace area of thermal unit; on side of base each of them is connected to even number of injectors evenly distributed over concentric circles; inner pipe is connected to injector which with it on side of inlet; mounted after this injector in way of flow of gas-and-air mixture are flame arrester and glow plug; flame stabilizer is mounted on side of furnace zone outlet. Maximum diameter of outer pipe directed towards furnace zone shall be no less than diameter of furnace zone bounded by side shields. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
