PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow water droplets to be completely evaporated to jet into a high temperature gas atmosphere without requiring specific equipment. SOLUTION: Vapor mixing equipment for mixing water vapor into a high temperature gas has a heating tube 21 which is disposed in the gas atmosphere and in which water having a temperature lower than the high temperature gas atmosphere or methanol flows and a means for supplying water into the heating tube 21, and the vaporized water within the heating tube 21 allowed to jet into the high temperature atmosphere from the inside of the heating tube 21.
