The mounting (1) has circular end plates (2, 3) linked by a flexible collar made by winding a high density fiber made from polythene, carbon or glass. The end plates have holes for coupling (5) to the machine and the floor. The plates have central openings (4) for gas. The collar can flex outward until its diameter is between 1.2 and 1.5 times the end plate diameter.
