摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide on repair/replacement of a mechanical structure component by detecting/monitoring a corrosion acceleration parameter and corrosion resistance parameter for the mechanical structure component material in a corrosive environment so that a corrosion/damage resistance characteristics is calculated from a detection result, for quantitative corrosion environment damage diagnostics for the mechanical structure component. SOLUTION: A corrosion acceleration parameter 2 against a mechanical structure part material in a corrosive environment 1 is detected/monitored always, and based on the detection result of the corrosion acceleration parameter 2, it is decided (5) whether the corrosive environment corrosively damages the mechanical structure component material or not. A corrosion damage resistance characteristics 6 is calculated from the detection result of a corrosion resistance parameter 4 of the mechanical structure part material 3. Only for a period 7 where it is decided that the corrosive environment corrosive-damages the mechanical structure part material, a progression 8 of corrosive damage is sequentially calculated based on the corrosion damage resistance characteristics 6, for diagnosing the corrosive environment damage of the mechanical structure part.
