PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately analyze the overall spectrums of electronic equipment with a single or plurality of clock frequency emitting sources for measures to suppress electromagnetic waves (unnecessary radiation spectrums) effectively, etc. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a part 201 for receiving the input of data to be analyzed to receive input of the near magnetic field data of a predetermined frequency of a printed circuit board and location information on a measurement region in the printed circuit board of which near magnetic field data is measured, a part 202 for computing the mean value of the data to be analyzed to compute the mean value for every measurement region of near magnetic field data at the inputted predetermined frequency, and a display control part 200 to control a display part 206 to display the computed mean value in every measurement region.
