PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lift and lower a soft ground agitator by providing a pin rack on a leader, providing a forward and reverse rotation pinion engaged with the pin rack on the side of a drive part, and providing a lifting and lowering sliding engaging part engaged with the leader on the drive part. SOLUTION: A pin rack 9 is provided in the longitudinal direction of a leader 5 on the front center of the leader 5, a pinion 11 engaged with the pin rack 9 in the inside of a machine housing 13 is provided on a forward and reverse drive shaft 15, and the hydraulic motor 16 of the drive shaft 15 is provided on the side of the machine housing 13. Guides 14, 14 are inserted in guide grooves 14', 14', and a ground agitator 4 is lifted and lowered in the vertical direction along the leader 5 by the forward and reverse rotation of the pinion 11.
