PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a complete selvage weave without loading excess tension on the weft Y2 in beating. SOLUTION: A nozzle block 10 is placed near the side of the warp Y1 of a cutting cutter CT. The nozzle block 10 is formed of a slit 11, a capturing nozzle 12, a driving nozzle 13 and guiding nozzles 14. The nozzles 12, 13, 14 and 14 can position the weft Y2 in the slit 11 in the vicinity of an extension of a cloth fell CF each through air, pull the weft Y2 from the capturing nozzle 12 to stream the weft on the feeding side and fold back the weft Y2 into a shed of the warp.
