PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably enrich oxygen needed in a blast furnace regardless of blasting or no blasting and blasting quantity, etc., caused by the difference of combination of a blower for blast furnace and a blast furnace. SOLUTION: Oxygen supplying piping 8 is connected with a blasting duct 5 at the sucking side of the blower for blast furnace 1 and oxygen flowing quantity, suction flowing quantity and blast flowing quantity are measured with an oxygen flow-meter 11, suction flow-meter 15 and blasting flow-meter 14 to calculate the oxygen-enriched ratio or the oxygen-enriched quantity. Then, the flow rate of the oxygen is adjusted with an oxygen flow rate adjusting valve 12 so that the oxygen-enriched ratio or the oxygen-enriched quantity always becomes constant.
