PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make discharging function so as possible to be excellently exhibited by facilitating an increase of a contact area between a string consisting of conductive fibers and a supporting body. SOLUTION: A discharging brush 31 as the static electricity discharging brush, is constituted by bonding respective feather body 34 in a belt shape on a metallic base plate 32 across a conductive bonding layer 33. This feather body 34 is respectively composed, in getting plural brush strings 34a consisting of the conductive fibers to be folded in two, to be arranged in parallel, and to be successively laced up by holding strings 34c consisting of plural insulative fibers extended in a direction orthogonal to the brush strings 34a at the middle part thereof. These holding strings 34c respectively disposed with a specific spacing, is composed possible to communicate by holding the brush strings 34a in contact with the base plate 32 across the bonding layer 33 between the respective holding string 34c. |
