PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blocking the outlet of hot melt without providing an additional burner for the outlet of hot melt. SOLUTION: A furnace body of waste incineration melting furnace is separated into an upper furnace body 2, a furnace shell 4 and a lower furnace body 3. The lower furnace body 3 is structured movably in horizontal position whereto the flame of the main burner 9 placed on the upper furnace body 2 touches the tapping outlet. Before extruding of hot melt, the tapping outlet 14 is heated, the furnace shell 4 is then opened and the lower furnace body 3 is inclined to extrude hot melt.
