PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unnecessary level fluctuation in the image of a horizontal video period by constituting a TV camera so as to execute an electric charge sweep operation by means of the vertical overflow drain of a solid-stage imaging device through the use of an electronic shutter driving pulse signal which is formed by means of constant voltage drive. SOLUTION: A transistor Q1 is driven by a constant voltage since an emitter resistance R4 is <=1 ohm at the falling of an electronic shutter timing signal Vi and an intra-circuit timing signal Vc is driven to the power source voltage of a signal generating circuit since the inclination of rising is steep. The transistor Q2 is driven by a constant current since the emitter resistance R5 is about 2.2 ohm at the building of the electronic shutter timing signal Vi and the intra- circuit timing signal Vc is driven to a grounded voltage since the inclination of the falling is fixed. Then the electric charge sweep operation by the vertical overflow drain of the solid-stage imaging device is executed through the use of an electronic shutter driving pulse signal which is formed by constant voltage driving.
