PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit automatic connection and disconnection by automatically connecting rolling stock to adjacent optical fiber connectors when the rolling stock are connected. SOLUTION: Male parts and female parts move toward each other and photocontact occurs between female contact parts 36a and 36 and male contact parts 82a and 82b. The transfer of the signals transported by the optical fibers is made possible between the adjacent vehicles through coupling optical contact parts. At the time of the interruption of the disconnection of the male parts and the female parts, springs push shutter caps 56 and 102 toward an outer direction and the shutters 70 and 106 are rotated by their movement.
