PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone fixing mechanism in a hand-free interphone with excellent assemblability whose microphone circuit board is surely fixed with screws. SOLUTION: A microphone circuit board 2 with a microphone 1 mounted thereon is placed separately from a main circuit board 31 contained in a base main body 30, and the microphone 1 is inserted to a microphone insertion section 12 formed in proper position of an inner face of a cover main body 10 and fixed and held thereat in this hand-free interphone. A boss hole 21 is formed in the microphone circuit board 2, a boss reception section 13 is projected from a place close to the microphone insertion section 12 of the cover main body 10, an opening 32a is placed at a rear side of the base main body 30 and a hollow boss 32 fixed to the boss reception section 13 by a screw 50 is projected from the rear side inward the cover main body 10.
