PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always stably convert a digital signal into an analog signal which is nearly similar to a signal of ideal data straight line and outputs the analog signal without the need for using an amplifier circuit, even when an input impedance of a drive control circuit is low. SOLUTION: A memory 3 connected to a D/A converter 2 in a D/A converter circuit 1 stores a data table 4, to which a setting value generated by measuring a deviation of an analog output signal from an ideal data straight line on the basis of an actually measured value of the output signal of the D/A converter 2 and obtaining its correction amount is set in advance, and the D/A converter 2 converts a digital control signal into an analog control signal and outputs the converted signal, in response to a setting value obtained by referring to the data table 4 of the memory 3.
