PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily continue a broadcast reception system to receive the same broadcast, even when a position of a vehicle is changed sequentially during drive for a medium and long distance. SOLUTION: This broadcast reception system is provided with network follow use memory areas 10a-10f corresponding to preset memory areas 9a-9f respectively and a network follower use storage means 10, that selects stations broadcasting the same broadcast program for one group and stores transmission station information of the same broadcast station as the transmission stations stored in the preset memory areas 9a-9f by each group. When electric field strength of the transmission station received at present decreases to a prescribed strength or below, the system controls a receiving circuit 5 so that the transmission station stored in the network follower use storage means 10 is retrieved to detect the transmission station with the strongest electric field strength and to receive the detected transmission station and controls the detected transmission station to a corresponding preset memory area among the preset memory areas 9a-9f.
