PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforcing tape for multi-row wiring which can effectively suppress the noise radiated from multi-row wiring with a simple means without providing any new member and a method for manufacturing the tape. SOLUTION: In a reinforcing tape for multi-row wiring provided with a substrate layer and an adhesive layer, the substrate layer is formed to have an electromagnetic interference suppressing function by mixing soft magnetic power in the layer. The reinforcing tape is manufacturing in such a way that the substrate layer is formed by applying paste containing saturated polyester, an organic solvent, and the soft magnetic powder to plastic film by peelable treatment and, after the organic solvent is dried, the adhesive layer is laminated upon the substrate layer.
