PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stationary wireless access system that delivers a channel signal of a host exchange to a telephone set. SOLUTION: When a telephone set 104 makes a call, dial information is sent to a line concentrator 101 via a radio base station. The line concentrator 101 makes dial connection to a host exchange on the basis of the dial information received from the radio base station 102. When a called party replies the call or completes start of a service, a host exchange 100 transmits a reply signal or a service-start end signal to the line concentrator 101 as a change in a line signal. When the line concentrator 101 uses a line signal detection means 110 to detect the change in the line signal with the host exchange 100, a protocol conversion means 1101 converts a protocol used to deliver the detected information to the radio base station 102. After the protocol conversion, a message generating means generates a message to be delivered to the radio base station. An information delivery means 113 delivers the generated message to the radio base station 102. The message delivered from the radio base station 102 is delivered to a stationary terminal 103, which delivers the line signal to the telephone set 104.
