PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS receiving device capable of reducing or eliminating errors in synchronous acquisition. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of correlators 7 and a pseudo noise code phase shift part 12 to output a pseudo noise code PN of a plurality of amounts of a phase shift from a pseudo noise code generator 8 and to input it to each of the plurality of correlators 7 in a channel 4. An out signal from each correlator 7 is inputted to a deciding part 10, and the range of the amount of a phase shift of the pseudo noise code phase shift part 12 is set within one chip of the pseudo noise code.
