PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS receiving device capable of reducing the time required for synchronous acquisition. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of correlators 7 and a pseudo noise code phase shift part 12 to output a pseudo noise code PN of a plurality of amounts of a phase shift from a pseudo noise code generator 8 and to input it to each of the plurality of correlators 7 in a channel 4. An output signal from each correlator 7 is inputted to a deciding part 10, and the amount of a phase shift of the pseudo noise code phase shift part 12 is displaced by the number of chips obtained by dividing the number of chip of one cycle of the pseudo noise code by the number of the correlates 7 or the number of the outputs of the pseudo noise code phase shift part 12.
