PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment system or the like for automating generation and registration of data for registering account transfer at the time of paying the price. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 reads account information of a user out of a card, receives input of amount to be paid and whether registration of account transfer from an account of the user to a destination to receive payment is required concerning the following payment or not and transmits the payment information showing the amount to be paid, necessity of registration of the account transfer and the account information of the user to a payment center 3. The payment center 3 receives the payment information from the portable terminal 1 and requests movement of funds corresponding to the amount to be paid from the account shown by the account information of the user to the account of the destination to receive to an account managing host 5. When it is set to the payment information the registration of account transfer is required, the payment center 3 requests the registration of account transfer from the account shown by the account information of the user to the account of the destination to receive to the account managing host 5. |
