PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a service level uniform and to improve efficiency in maintenance by making the respective processes of job and maintenance work progress management from the reception of maintenance work to the report of maintenance work completion into online system. SOLUTION: Concerning a maintenance management system 1, a reception system 2 centrally collects information on a maintenance request, a work instruction is transmitted to a region in charge of maintenance and this system 2 is provided at single or plural bases for managing the progress from the maintenance work reception to the maintenance work completion. Then, a schedule system 15 centrally manages information related to the maintenance work while being linked through a network to the reception system 2 and linked with terminal equipment provided in each of regions in charge of maintenance. Thus, a person in charge of maintenance in each region can be concentrated to only the maintenance work and the respective processes including the maintenance work reception, maintenance work request, scheduling of maintenance work, maintenance work completion report and maintenance work progress management can be made into system so that efficiency in maintenance can be improved. |
