PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate carrying out laser welding by using a laser beam having a low-output power. SOLUTION: A bus bar 1 and a tub terminal 2 stored in a junction box are overlapped and welded by laser. A pair of welding projected parts 2c are projected at the lower side of a fitting member part 2b of the tub terminal 2. A pair of recessed fitting parts 1b for engagement with each welding projected part 2c are provided on the upper face side of a tube terminal fitting member part 1a of the bus bar 1. An engagement part, in which each welding projected part 2C is engaged with the recessed fitting part 1b, is welded and jointed by laser.
