摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture more channels per one head and to provide a connecting member having higher density by constructing the head constituted of a first metal layer having a first width and a second metal layer which is provided on the first metal layer and has a second width different from the first width. SOLUTION: In the manufacture of a stud structure 50, first photo-resist 52 is patterned to a comparably low height h21 and a first metal layer 54 having a width a21 is formed by electroplating improves thereby improves feet or lashes 56 of the photo-resist 52. Then the photo-resist 52 lying on an upper surface of the first metal layer 54 is patterned to a height h22 and an additive metal layer 58 is electroplated to a width a22. Then stripping of the photo-resist 52, depositing of a sealing part 60 and wrapping are executed to obtain the stud structure having a height h2f and consisting of the first metal layer 54 and the additive metal layer 58. Thus, a sealing part phase changing border 62 becomes inconspicuous and the studs can be disposed at an interval closer to each other.
