PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management slip which solves all of the requirements not to easily peel off an adherend, to remain without stained, to excel in weatherability, not to emit hazardous materials from the materials to be used at the time of incineration, etc. SOLUTION: This management slip is produced in the following manner: The surface of a base material film 11 is provided with a tacky adhesive layer 12 and plural sheets of copy slips 13 smaller by one side than the base material film are placed in superposition on the tacky adhesive layer. Further, the top of the copy slips is provided with a cover film 14 of the same size as the size of the base material film. The one side at the peripheral edge of the laminated sheets successively laminated with the base material film 11, the tacky adhesive layer 12, the copy slips 13 and the cover film 14 is completely adhered 12a between the base material film and the cover film and the peripheral edge of the remaining side is repeelably adhered 12b between the base material film and the cover film. The back of the base material film is provided with release paper 16 via a tacky adhesive layer 15 over the entire surface.
